Day 34

Today, instead of going to basketball, we took a bike ride to Red mountain, we loaded up the bikes and the cart to go behind Deb's bike on the boat and headed across the bay.



After we rode uphill to get to the valley, we ate a great lunch packed by Deb, and then we did some hiking, where there was a chromium mine in the side of the mountain, so we saw some pretty sweet rocks there. After we walked around for a while, and played in the snow, we decided to head back downhill and get back to the boat. Piper ran pretty much the whole way, staying inside Deb's cart for the steep downhill parts, and then jumping out when it got to be where she could handle (she didn't always notify Deb that she was getting out though ;)

After we got back, Zoe, Bailey, and I headed off to open soccer, and then ate dinner before going to go see Hobo Jim later that night.

Day 33

Today, Ralph came back, so everything is getting put back in order and we have some seriously epic events going on :)

In the morning, before Ralph got here, was yet MORE time in the shop! Gramma finished for the most part her plate, just sanding and finishing it left now!! And Zoe pretty much finished her bowl too!

Ralph's plane landed right after lunch, and we all went out to eat, and here, yes, you guessed it, we have some pictures of everyone :) Credits to Papa who was the only one thinking about pictures ;)

Day 32

Today, Deb decided to take us fishing, Papa caught one halibut keeper, and one that wasn't much of a keeper... I caught two Irish Lords (throwbacks) and two itty bitty cod, here are some pictures!..



After Deb and I cleaned the halibut, we headed over to her shop where we all worked on various pieces, Zoe made a bowl, Gramma made a plate, Deb worked on some piieces, I mean it was a busy day in the shop!!

Day 31

Today, sunday, I made crepes, and (of course) they were really good ;) However, Ralph wasn't there to eat them, I guess that's one of the drawbacks about going off for four days!

After a late brunch, Deb and I went out to her shop where I helped her fill on a part of one of the beach balls, because it was looking pretty scarce..

We hung out with bailey later, so here are some pictures of that...

Day 30

This morning Gramma, Deb and I went down to the beach to collect friftwood for the beach balls, then in the afternoon, we were pretty much at Deb's shop the whole time. After that, we just hung out at grandma and Papa's.. Sorry guys, long wait with nothing really interesting to post :/

Day 29

Today, Friday. Deb and I sold two of the totems and the beach ball! Deb also got orders for MORe beach balls, so more to come on that!!

Zoe decided that she wanted to make taco salad for dinner tonight, so her, Gramma and I went down to the store to get some things for that, it ended up being REALLY GOOD!

After we went to the store, we headed back to the store where Ralph was headed off to go on his bear viewing trip for 4 days! FOUR DAYS!

Anyways, after he left, we went on a bike ride up west hill, so here are some pictures of that..


After our bike ride, Zoe made her taco salad and then left to go to one of her softball games

Day 28

This morning and early afternoon we went out to Deb's shop, and I worked on my bowl, and Zoe started working on a project. I also finished up some other things that needed to get taken care of, so not a very intense morning. After working in Deb's shop for a while, we decided to hike up Reber Trail, which Deb and I have done a few times, but we wanted Zoe to get the full experience ;)











In this picture, Zoe looks taller than me, which, unfortunately, isn't true......
