Day 27

Today we left the canoe system, so after a good breakfast and a couple of hours paddling around in the lakes, we hiked the canoe and kayaks back up to the truck and drove back to Homer.


After we unloaded the truck, Deb went out to her shop and Zoe and I were upstairs blogging. Yeah, I actually write about the blog in the blog. That's how cool I am ;) And we went over to Grandma and Papa's to play some Rummy. Ralphie won!!! After we played cards, we watched a movie and headed off to bed.

    Happy to see you got caught up on your blog. As always, great and interesting pictures. The wild flowers are beautiful. Makes for good pictures.
    Again, all worn out from reading all the activities. I see the loon, and then of course the great bald eagle!! You all look like professionals in your canoes and kayaks....
