Our plane left from Phoenix to Seattle at 2:00 pm, but we had to get to the airport early because we had to get Charlie drugged up and into a pet carrier. Deb gave me a pretty intense schedule, so I'll be sure to keep all of you guys posted on that!!! Okay, so the flights werer never-ending and boring, however, I had a pretty yummy sandwich on the long flight, which really helped. ;)
As for the mix-ups, the kenai flight scheduling was basically a mess... Grandma and Papa were scheduled on a 9:40 flight, but I wasnt even scheduled on a flight at all! So, Deb scheduled us all on the 10:00 flight and we just left it at that. Of course we made sure that Charlie and our luggage was on the correct flight, because that would be... well, bad, if they werent.
Thankfully, we got most of our luggage. Most. Papa's cooler was left somewhere, and we don't know where. It was full of clothes and other necessities, and we still don't know where it is, because the airlines never pick up D<

ReplyDeleteWell it looks like it went through this time. Got your first blog, pictures and all. Sounds like you had a long day with the flights. What is flying without a few blunders. You got there and that is what counts. Now "Let the games begin". Will be looking forward to reading all about it. Stay warm, as I see it is a "little cool" there. Brrrrr.......
